Terms & Conditions
1. I confirm that I will submit my original and valid CNIC or passport to building management during my stay, which will be
returned to me once I check-out the apartment and have fully paid all my dues.
2. I confirm that neither myself nor anyone staying or visiting me during my stay at NEXT INN will indulge or carry any illegal
drugs, liquor, sheesha or weapons.
3. I understand that the Check-in time is from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm and Check-out time is 11:00 am to 12:00 pm next day.
4. I confirm that any/all accompanied female guest(s) is/are my family member(s) by law and I will provide a legal proof of that
either through an updated CNIC or through Nikkah Nama.
5. I understand that a maximum 3 guests can stay in 1 bed apartment, 2 in Studio and 6 in 2 bed apartment. No extra guests
will be entertained.
6. I understand that the main booking holder is responsible for all guests and their activities who come along or visit them later
on.
7. I understand that any kind of damage to the building, furniture, fixtures or appliances is sole responsibility of guest(s) and
will have to be paid in full before check-out.
8. I understand that no extension in stay will be entertained at the time of check-out if there is a subsequent booking.
9. I understand that any sort of party or social gathering is STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the premises of NEXT INN and I will not
be a part of any gathering during my stay here.
10. I understand that no loud music or excessive noise is allowed in the premises. I ensure that neither myself nor anyone
accompanying or visiting me will create any kind of disturbance.
11. I understand that I cannot bring any guards or security personnel with me. I also understand that no security personal are
allowed to stand outside or near premises while my stay at NEXT INN.
12. I understand that the management of NEXT INN has zero tolerance towards aggression and misbehaviour. I will fully
cooperate will the management and not misbehave or use foul language with any staff.
DECLARATION
I have carefully read and understood all the terms and conditions mentioned above. I
confirm that I will abide by all the rules & regulations stated above and fully cooperate with the management and staff of NEXT
INN. I understand that if I fail to abide by any rules/regulations or if I am found non-cooperative with the management/staff of
NEXT INN during my stay, NEXT INN management will not accommodate me and will ask me to leave the premises immediately.
I completely understand that failure to comply the rules/regulations can result in legal action taken against me by NEXT INN
management
